Privacy Policy

1. Controller

This website ("Site") is operated by Victoria Bowman, a sole proprietor doing business as Kore Beliefs and based in the United States ("we," "us," or "our"). For privacy matters contact hello@korebeliefs.com.

2. Information we collect

Contact submissions. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. These details are transmitted to our email delivery provider, Resend, Inc., for the sole purpose of delivering the message to our inbox.

Order information. Purchases are processed entirely on Ko-fi (Ko-fi Labs Ltd.). We receive only the order, shipping, and contact details required to fulfill your order. Payment card data is handled by Ko-fi and its payment processors; we never receive or store it.

Server logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may automatically log IP addresses, request paths, user-agent strings, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.

Cookies and analytics. The Site does not set first-party tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
• process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through Ko-fi;
• maintain the security, integrity, and availability of the Site; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal bases and disclosures

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose personal information only to service providers acting on our behalf (Cloudflare, Inc.; Resend, Inc.; Ko-fi Labs Ltd.) and only as necessary to provide the services described in this Policy, or where required by law.

5. Retention

Contact messages are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and to keep a customer-service record, typically up to twenty-four (24) months. Order records are retained for as long as required by U.S. federal and state tax law, currently up to seven (7) years.

6. Your rights

Depending on the U.S. state in which you reside (including California under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you;
• access or obtain a copy of that information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of your personal information; and
• opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@korebeliefs.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days and may need to verify your identity before disclosing information.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we may delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
